• Mon – Fri days with weekend rotation, 40 hours per week
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Minimum productivity expectation is 95%
• Prior SNF/AL experience required
• NetHealth experience preferred
• Must be able to hit the ground running
• Flexible days with Saturday rotation option
• 13 weeks with option for permanent position

From $1403.00 to $2007.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $12.58- $15.18 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 – $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
