Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and assessing oncology patients, formulating individualized plans of care
• Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care
• Documenting nursing care accurately per patient acuity and practice standards
• Prioritizing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation frameworks
• Performing therapeutic interventions and managing patient care delivery
• Advocating for evidence-based practices and quality improvements in nursing care
• Maintaining a patient-centric focus in alignment with professional nursing models
• Demonstrating adaptability and innovation in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Undertaking additional relevant duties as assigned

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BSN preferred; Associate’s degree considered with relevant experience
• Minimum one year of recent oncology or med-surg nursing experience
• BLS/CPR certification required; Oncology certification strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic interventions and patient management
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
