Clinical RoleJoin a hospital-based Urology program in Atlantic City, New Jersey, providing comprehensive inpatient urologic care and procedural coverage. This locums opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule while working alongside Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative hospital environment.

Schedule & Coverage

Monday – Friday

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

No additional call requirements specified.

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

Patient Population:

• Adult patients

Responsibilities Include:

• General Urology consultations and management
• Inpatient diagnostic procedures
• Inpatient therapeutic procedures
• Emergency inpatient urologic care
• Coordination with hospital staff and consulting physicians

Required Procedures:

• General Urology
• Ureteroscopy
• Cystoscopy
• Ureteral stent placement
• Clot evacuations
• Emergency inpatient urologic procedures

Support & Technology

Onsite Services:

• Laboratory
• X-Ray

Support Staff:

• 2 Advanced Practice Nurses (1 at each site)

EMR:

• Cerner (experience preferred)

Requirements

Board Certified Urologist – RequiredActive New Jersey Medical License (in hand) – RequiredBLS – RequiredACLS – RequiredExperience with Cerner EMR – Preferred
